Instead, we rely on a third-party print-on-demand company to oversee all aspects related to the production, fulfillment, and shipping of our products. This means that all product creation, quality control, packaging, and delivery services are managed by this external company.
By making a purchase through our store, you acknowledge and agree that Rejected Logic is not responsible for any issues that may arise in relation to the products or services provided. Any concerns or inquiries regarding the products should be directed to the print-on-demand company responsible for their production and delivery. Rejected Logic acts solely as a facilitator in making these products available to you and does not assume liability for any defects, delays, or other service-related matters that fall under the purview of the print-on-demand company.
Once you've placed an order, you might no longer be able to edit the order details or cancel it. If you have an issue with the shipment of your order, contact us within 30 days of the delivery or estimated delivery date.
We ship more than 1 million items each month, and partner with carriers like USPS, FedEx, DPD, and DHL to give you and your customers the best possible shipping experience.
Some Products are packaged and shipped separately. We cannot guarantee delivery dates and to the extent permitted by law accept no responsibility, apart from advising you of any known delay, for Products that are delivered after the estimated delivery date. Average time for delivery may be shown on the Site. It is only an average estimation, and some delivery can take longer, or alternatively be delivered much faster. All delivery estimates given at the time of placing and confirming order can be subject to change. In any case, we will do our best to contact you and advise you of all changes. Any Claims For Misprinted/Damaged/Defective Items Must Be Submitted Within 30 Days After The Product Has Been Received. For Packages Lost In Transit, All Claims Must Be Submitted No Later Than 30 Days After The Estimated Delivery Date. Claims Deemed An Error On Our Part Are Covered At Our Expense. When We Receive A Returned Shipment, An Automated Email Notification Will Be Sent To You. Unclaimed Returns Get Donated To Charity After 30 Days.
Wrong Address - The Shipment Will Be Returned To Our Facility. You Will Be Liable For Reshipment Costs Once We Have Confirmed An Updated Address With You (If And As Applicable).
Unclaimed - Shipments That Go Unclaimed Are Returned To Our Facility And You Will Be Liable For The Cost Of A Reshipment To Yourself Or Your End Customer (If And As Applicable).
